Yes the long wait is finally drawing to a close and we will see Heroes season 3 gracing a blue cable near you.

The official airdate is September 22nd in the USA so expect to be tuning in to channel BT in Australia on Tuesday the 23rd . I havent looked up the timings, but I assume that it will be as usual an overnight torrent Tuesday night.

The third installment of yours, and mine, favourite freakshow is titled Villians and will presumably be all about the bad guys. Really looking forward to some more Sylar stories. This season is slated for a full 25 episodes, however there is post writers strike twist. This season will actually be broken up into two half seasons with Villans comprising 12 episodes and then imediately followed by season 4 of 13 episodes, although the name of season 4 hasnt yet been announced (presumably as to not give away too much).

So, free up your download quotas and clean off that hard drive, we have 25 weeks worth of Heroes goodness coming our way in under a weeks time.
